well the year is 1/4 the way in and what has been achieved.
- Managed to go Scuba diving which could be classed as slightly dangerous and absolutley loved it – would recommend and will be going again
- Missed the Hastings half marathon again – Curse my aging and very dodgy knees.
- The fitness drive though is going well on the whole – have started getting back on the bike after the winter break. Still planning at least one cycling event this year
- Lost 9 lbs since January so that is going well also.
